Everything you need to subscribe, pay, and get your account verified on Bernos Verify.

Subscribing to a Plan

1. Configure Subscription Period & Details
Open the Plans page and pick your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Review the included features and confirm the total amount due before continuing.
2. Make the Manual Bank Deposit
On the right-hand Make Payment panel, choose your preferred bank from the dropdown (e.g. CBE, Abyssinia, Dashen, Telebirr). Use your mobile banking app or internet portal to transfer the exact amount shown to the on-screen account details.
3. Submit Your Verification Proof
Type the unique transaction reference generated by your bank, then upload a clear screenshot of the confirmation or digital receipt. Click Continue to send the request to the billing department.
4. Activation & Telegram Notification
After you submit, your reference and screenshot enter our verification pipeline. Our team cross-references the transfer against the bank ledger in real time and you receive a Telegram notification when your premium status is active.

Pricing & Billing Troubleshooting

Overpaid / Underpaid Balances
Double-check your total due amount before authorising the transfer. Overpayments are not refunded or auto-converted into extended periods; surplus is only handled manually by system admins. If you underpay, premium features stay locked and you will get a Telegram notice asking for the remaining balance and a supplementary payment reference.
Delay in Account Activation
Manual validation usually clears within a few minutes. Bank database maintenance or network congestion can occasionally introduce latency. If your premium status hasn't reflected within 15 minutes, reach out for an immediate manual override.
